I was nervous because I hadn't trained for a long time, but the staff was really friendly and welcoming. The trainers were patient, the members were strong, and everyone has fun. Rachasakreck Muay Thai Gym is honestly like a family. Even if you can't speak Japanese, don't worry! There are a lot of English speaking members as well as one of the coaches. インストラクターはすべてタイから来ており、ジムを所有している家族は非常に親切でとても強いです！私は毎日1ヶ月間彼らと一緒に訓練を受け、大きな成果を収めましたが、現在アメリカで競争したいと思っています。
