Robert and Yuuri are incredible hosts. This is a great bar. It's foreigner-friendly, though the main customer base is Japanese, so it's a good place if you can speak the language and want to meet locals. Good drinks and fun karaoke in a relaxed, wonderful atmosphere.
My wife and I had a great time at Robert’s bar! It was honestly one of the most memorable experiences i ever had at a bar. Robert created such a welcoming and fun atmosphere that I even ended up doing karaoke - something I never expected. The locals were a fantastic company, and we enjoyed it so much that we came back twice.Thank you, Robert, for the fun times and hospitality. Robert's bar was a fun place to watch AFL while in Japan. Icy cold beers too.
Wir haben hier einen absolut großartigen und lustigen Abend verbracht. Es war wie eine kleine Familie und wir haben uns bei den Gesprächen und beim Karaokesingen sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Ein toller Ort.
Had an absolute blast at CHEERS! I stayed a week in Osaka and was looking for a classic Japanese bar to enjoy whisky, meet people, but one that was friendly to English speakers. Well I might have hit the jackpot. Whiskey pours are great prices and all the normal basic scotch and Japanese whiskey is on the shelf (this is not a place for high end bottles per-se) but what won me over was this was one of the few bars with Buffalo trace, something I enjoyed having after a few weeks missing good American bourbon.The owner is named Robert, and his pleasant Australian accent and good vibes attitude made the whole experience worth it. He also shared his recommendations on good Gin, which was a nice shift from my normal whisky only preference.If your are visiting for work or pleasure and are near this establishment I highly recommend. You will get to hang out with many locals and experience a good time! CHEERS!

Cheers is a fun karaoke Bar with a big Selection of Whisky. The food seems to be cooked Onsen style, from what I understand. The Karaoke system has about 4 languages, no talent required.
