The classiest bar we’ve ever been to, with a bartender who makes the mixing magical. There’s an inventive menu of cocktails made from all manner of spirits and fruits and even shaved ice. It was hard to choose but we settled on a fig martini, which had a deliciously frozen fig, and an Old Pal with whiskey, rye, vermouth and Campari. After savoring those we selected the HHAE whiskey straight from an extremely wide selection with the help of the very knowledgeable bartender.

Unique spot with hand crafted, fruit based cocktails. There is also an extensive liquor and cocktail list available if you want a standard drink.The bartender meticulously cuts, blends, muddles, and mixes the assorted fruits with artful precision. Bring your patience because that craft takes time, at least 10-15 minutes to make a drink.The space is beautiful and the atmosphere is very calm and relaxing.My only disappointment is that my strawberries were frozen when all the other drinks made for my group were fresh. At the price point of ¥2200 per drink, I expected fresh strawberries. It still tasted great though.
