平日に予約をして伺いました。予約推奨です!何種類か頼んでシェアしていただきましたが、どれも本当に美味しかったです!🤍リエットのホットサンド、特に好きなお味でした✨また必ず伺います!

☆ikat☆2025年1月に京都・北白川にオープンした"NATURAL FASTFOOD(ナチュラルファストフード)"をコンセプトにしたお店。自家製の添加物不使用のソーセージやベーコンなど使ったホットドッグやマフィンサンド、店主の実家である元田中の自然食品店「DONGURI」から届く新鮮な旬野菜や生産者から直で仕入れる精肉を使用した自家製シャルキュトリーなどが楽しめますよ。サクッと立ち寄れる1階席や、くつろげる2階席もあり。オーダー↓■シャルキュトリー盛り合わせ(1200円)この日は豚タンスモーク・豚肉サラミ・手羽先とオリーブゼリー寄せなど。牛蒡や玉ねぎなど野菜が添えらてるのも嬉しい。■冬を乗り越えたさやあかねのフライ(600円)北海道の越冬じゃがいも、ホクホクで甘くこんな美味しいポテトフライは初めて。お昼からワインを楽しんだり、スイーツを楽しんだりと、各々楽しめるスタイルがなんとも魅力的。店主も、空間も、お客様も素敵でした。

There's a lot of difficulty in dining here, with the small space which is easily filled, and the irregular hoursHowever their taste justifies everythingThe ckn terrine is so intenseThe pate is one of the best I've had. Maybe the best. It's so textbook, there good texture, not too sticky, and liver and chunks of fat and pistachio which contributes to flavour, aroma, and variation in mouth feelThe salami style sausage is has good flavour as wellI didn't really like the ham, but I have to admit they executed in a very unique way. It's super soft, abit too soft for me, and has a strong honey tasteOverall, this is excellence. It beats many Paris placesSecond visit:Pate was as perfect as ever. And I don't use that word lightlyToday's moriawase had ham as well which was good too. The salamis were fineRillette sandwich uses jap style white bread which is too sweet for me. The bread also doesn't become as crunchy. Rillette layer is quite thin, and there's nothing else inside, no pickles etcThe gratin top is fine, but there was not a chunk of oyster. Pasta inside is standardThird visit:Not sure why today it's pure meat, but I'm not complaining. It's really a steal. The execution is great as well, in fact everything this time was good.
