The view is stunning at the top, i got the highest floor for my room, everything else is good, wish there is an iron thats all
I stayed here as a solo traveler for 8 nights and the apartment was fantastic. The view of SkyTree from the 9th floor was amazing, and the size of the room was very comfortable for a single person.I would not recommend 2 or more, as the bed is quite small and if you use the futon you will definitely not have enough room to be comfortable, but for me it was perfect.As for the actual location is definitely out of the way a bit, the closest train station is about a 10 minute walk, but there are some buses and restaurants/stores nearby. It's definitely a quiet locals area, which is not a bad thing.Only minor recommendation is better checkin instructions, it was a bit confusing at first.
入住前要上傳護照資料給房東，房東會給你的房間密碼、大廳密碼、垃圾場密碼，一切都是自助入住這裡沒有櫃檯，沒有員工，沒有寄放行李，下午四點入住，早上十點退房距離錦糸町走路10分鐘，晴空塔走路20分鐘房間有洗衣機、垃圾分類箱、衣架，房東會給小份量的洗衣精、洗髮乳、沐浴乳，老實說還真不夠用，因為房價便宜，所以不夠我都自己去超市買，住宿旁邊有超商也有24小時的超市，衣服洗完有衣架可以晾曬在浴室，只要打開“乾燥”衣服隔天就乾了沙發座椅拉出來，再把椅墊椅背的軟墊鋪平，就是一張雙人床，寢具在衣櫥裡，要小心床角的木框，很容易踢到退房前要打掃房間，衣櫃裡面有吸塵器，並把房間的垃圾拿到一樓垃圾場（門在電梯旁邊）第一道門請輸入四位數密碼，第二道紗門沒有密碼，但要小心它會自動關門並鎖門，第三道門一樣輸入密碼，垃圾分為可回收（鐵鋁罐、寶特瓶、玻璃瓶、紙箱）可燃燒（感覺像台灣的一般垃圾都算可燃燒）不可燃燒（鞋子、玻璃杯、鍋子、陶瓷、橡膠、皮革、保麗龍）因為退房後要自行打掃，所以很考驗住客的素質，若你不幸遇到上一個不打掃的住客，那麼你的房間就會很髒亂，一切都要碰運氣最大優點就是晴空塔景觀非常清楚 超讚👍晴空塔每天顏色都不同，可以上官網查詢。

Have been staying in this place for 2 weeks during my first stay in Japan in general, so keep in mind that I'm partially biased by my general impressions from the trip. And I'll talk from a perspective of living there with 2 other people.We stayed in this place because of price and location (at the time we thought city center was in walkable distance), close to KINSHICHO station, several convenience stores nearby, cafes, malls, a temple in a walking distance. And amazing view from the balcony too.The couch bed was easily bigger than the bed, and technically if you squeeze tight enough you can fit 4 people in there (don't do it).The house is generally quite small - meaning that usually if someone walks you better sit still or move aside until they pass. I mean, to be fair, considering the size of the building having this many apartments on each floor is already a miracle.TV was for YouTube only, so can't complain if it had TV channels or not because we generally didn't care.Trash sorting - ohoho, this part is not just about this particular place but Japan in general. Thrash here is usually divided into plastic or paper, but here it was burnable and recyclable, which made us question what should go where (apologies to the owner if we did it wrong a few times)Closet big enough to fit all purchases and our clothing, plus extra. Enough plugs for everyone to charge phones and power banks.Honestly, everything was either okay or fine. Nothing grand, everything we needed. And if we add the location and price into it then it's a solid 10/10 for me because I personally didn't experience what others say here.The only things I didn't like were the bathtub, the place was quite tight and small, ventilation (it worked maybe too well, sounds of wind were hard to miss) - and the temperature.

I had a good stay at Noble Park Kinshicho. The location is convenient, with easy access to Kinshicho Station, making it simple to travel around Tokyo. (11 minute walking )There are also convenience stores like Lawson, 7-Eleven, and FamilyMart along the way from the station to the place, which is very convenientThe room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with basic amenities. It was a bit small, but still comfortable for a short stay. The bed was nice, and the room was quiet, which helped me rest well.
