Clean, Simple, Easy. Everything you need as a solo traveler with easy check in, friendly staff and plenty of nearby restaurants and a 7-Eleven.
The room was small, as expected in Tokyo, but definitely not too small. The self-check-in process was very easy and convenient. The location is quite good, with several shops and convenience stores nearby. The only downside for me was the lack of a gym in the area offering day passes for tourists.
This is definitely just a place to lay your head ONLY!!! You do have a beautiful view of the Skytree but the rm is clean SUPER SUPER small. My husband and I only spent 1 night
Great hotel for solo travellers!Optimal for shorter stays, since there's no additional cleaning service, but even if you're staying longer (I stayed 8 nights in room 401), you'll find everything you might need to clean your room (broom and dustpan at the reception, toilet cleaner by the toilet in your room).Great communication from host, had no problems getting into my room. Good WiFi. The scale at the reception also saved my trip in the end. 😅
The location itself is very good. In the case of a double room, the Skytree is directly in front, so the view seems to be good.However, as mentioned in other reviews, there is no daily cleaning service, so if you plan to stay for an extended period, it might be better to choose another hotel even if it costs a bit more.Additionally, in my case, I used this hotel for work and tried to work on my PC at night, but the Wi-Fi connection speed was slower than my smartphone's tethering speed, which is unacceptable. It was unusable.Furthermore, I had booked a 2 PM check-in, but when I arrived at 2 PM, the previous guest’s room hadn’t been cleaned yet, and I was told to come back at 4 PM. Seriously? I rarely judge people by their nationality, but on this day, I couldn’t help but think that this was typical of Chinese people.Overall, I regret staying at this hotel.I booked it because the website said you could see the Skytree from the hotel, and it was relatively affordable, but it was a huge disappointment.
It could be a good return for the price but i found my room to be too small. They dont provide cleaning services so towel&sheets get quite irritatingly dirty at the end of a week (i had to stay for 8 nights and just went to laundry). Location is not too bad but keep in mind that Shibuya takes about an hour to go from here. So you can pretty much spend 2-3 hours of your day commuting but thats Tokyo for you. Even if you get a more central location, you can only cut your commute by an hour tops and the resulting cost of accomodation may not be worth it

周辺のオススメ
The main attraction to me was the amazing view from the roof. The location was good, a few minutes' walk to the station, you will have an enjoyable view from the station from exit A3 when you are walking towards the hotel. The size is good for a solo traveler, for 2 persons will be a bit small to put 2 luggage. Check in was easy if you do it in advance following the email instruction. The staff are super communicative and made sure everything was alright. A very detail information booklet was provided with details around the area, very lovely. I would love to stay in higher floor next time.The pillows may better have some bathing regularly; there's some smell of sweat from previous user though I trusted the hotel has changed the pillow cover. That would be nice if there's a small TV for long stays.
