Don't be fooled that this might be a private rented house on Airbnb or Booking, its more than a handful, same-looking rooms. I stayed here for 4 weeks and the communication was problematic. Every third day, they sent us e-mails that someone in the house didn't follow the rules, but since nobody from staff was actually looking after the place, they didn't know who it was and confronted everybody. Every question about help was rejected, they told I wasn't allowed to park my bike anywhere at the place (parked it anyway behind the house without any problems, because if you stay in Tokyo longer times you need a bike) and I asked if they could dump my suitcase, which they wanted a few of 5.500 yen for, so I did it myself with Google translate and I costed me 400 yen at the end.The rooms were uncomfortable, very tiny, of course new, but I was happy to leave the place after my 4 weeks.
