The location is great and you can even get a beautiful view of of Mount Fuji from the living room if the weather cooperates. The house is very spacious, but if your going in and out constantly be prepared to climb lots if stairs that are steep.
Quelle magnifique maison, nous avons passé 2 nuitées en famille, 2 adultes-2 enfants. Les lits sont très confortables, la vue est magnifique, la terrasse et le bbq gros gros plus. J’ai bien apprécié avoir une sécheuse et aussi le lave-vaisselle :) je recommande ++++
家族6人で宿泊しました。部屋は綺麗で、思っていたより広く快適に過ごせました。調理器具は一式揃っており、ありがたかったです。寝室、リビング、屋上からそれぞれ富士山を眺める事ができ、とてもリッチな気分になれました！屋上やリビングから、気軽に朝の紅富士を眺められました！屋上にはBBQ設備もありました。(トングなどのバーベキュー用品も揃っていました。)問い合わせへの対応も迅速かつ丁寧で大変助かりました。3階建ての家で1階は玄関のみ、リビングや寝室は2階以上になるので階段を登り降りが必要なところは少し注意が必要かもしれません。家族みんな、ここに泊まれてよかった！と言っておりました。この度はありがとうございました！
This vacation rental was great and almost perfect. Couple things that I really liked about this rental was that it had very easy self check-in and check-out process. Owner was fast at replying back on Booking app and even provided us with their phone number in case of emergencies. Otherwise, instructions were very clear and we had no issues throughout the stay. The whole rental facility was clean and had everything we needed including slippers, fully stocked kitchen, laundry/drier with detergent, extra towels, and wifi. This rental also offered services for extra charge such as outdoor grill and bicycle rental. It was located very close in proximity to the famous Chureito Pagoda, Gekkou Station, Honcho street, and restaurants nearby. Despite this house being right next to the railroad, we barely heard the alarm of the incoming train, and did not have any issues sleeping. Lastly, the view from our bedroom window of the Mt. Fuji on a clear day was stunning and was amazing to wake up most days.Now, something to consider. First of all this place was very freezing cold inside and the main stair case was freezing cold even in March despite each floor having individual heater running, and considering the fact that bedrooms and kitchen were on different floors, it was very uncomfortable taking steep and cold staircase every time. We had to keep the staircase doors shut and keep all heater running constantly on each floor to keep each floor warm. Something I would have appreciated the owner do is pre-heat this rental before guest arrival. Another thing that I did not like was that the owner listed that outdoor grill is available for use but after our arrival it was listed in the rule book that it cannot be used during cold seasons and that it would also cost money to use it given there was no mention on Booking listing about neither of these things. Lastly, despite having a full kitchen, there was no coffee maker, no tea pot, nor cooking oil we could find anywhere, which would have been very useful.
Our stay at Fuji AK Vacation Rental was absolutely fantastic and easily one of the best places we stayed during our time in Japan.The location is perfect. The house is in a quiet neighborhood right near a beautiful shrine, and the train station next door makes it incredibly easy to get around. From the station it was only about a 10-minute ride to the Kawaguchiko area where we had some of the most incredible views of Mount Fuji during our trip.The home itself is outstanding. Everything was spotless and clearly very well maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped and easily one of the best we’ve seen in a vacation rental - perfect if you enjoy cooking or just want the comfort of a proper kitchen while traveling.One of the highlights was the rooftop. Watching the sunset and relaxing up there with views of the surrounding area was unforgettable. The house also has a fantastic movie theatre setup which made it an amazing place to unwind after long days exploring the Fuji region.The whole property feels thoughtfully designed for guests - comfortable, modern, and extremely clean. Communication and check-in were smooth and easy as well.If you're visiting the Mount Fuji area and want a place that combines convenience, comfort, space (literally an entire 3 story building to ourselves) and a really unique stay experience, Fuji AK Vacation Rental is an excellent choice. We would absolutely stay here again. 10/10.
最高のロケーションです駅から徒歩5分忠霊塔pagodaまで徒歩10分3階の大きな窓から見える富士山は遮る物もなく絶景です富士山と電車のコントラストも素晴らしかったまた絶景を見ながら屋上でのバーベキューも最高でした南に富士山北に忠霊塔pagodaで夜はライトアップしてますまた施設は新しく必要な物も全て揃っていましたおすすめの宿です。

FUJI AK Vacation Rental was very clean, spacious, and had thoughtful accommodations with the best view of Mt. Fuji from every floor. This apartment could comfortably fit 8 to 10 sleeping guests. It had three bathrooms and two showers, an enormous 3rd floor kitchen, dining room, sitting area, two car carport, and a washer and dryer. Location was about a 5 to 10 minutes walk to many restaurants, shopping, train station, and food marts. It's on the corner of a busy intersection but still a quiet neighborhood after hours, with no issues sleeping due to road noise or trains passing by. If you can look past the prevalent powerlines, the terrace was especially amazing at sunrise and sunset, with picture perfect views of Mt. Fuji, surrounding mountains, and of Arakura Shine.Arakura Fuji Sengen was a 20 minute walk to reach the photo area which made it easy to get there by 7:30am to beat the heat, crowds, with better likelihood of clearer sky's.Caution not for people with mobility issues. Very steep stairwell and the fully stocked kitchen is 3rd floor only. Smells slightly of mold upon arrival but air con took away most of it after a while.Thoughtful placards and manuals were provided in English to help with appliances. Overall it was great place to stay for this area and it's was afair price for the amount of space it has.
