軍基地内に位置し、アクセスが簡単で便利なロケーションです。
I give them 2 stars. If I can be specific with the ratings I give their customer service a 5. Never had issues with them and they were always quick to answering my questions.The reason I gave 2 stars is how come a bank which is located in Japan doesn’t do anything with yen? I tried depositing yen and they declined me only accepting USD transactions. Same goes with the ATM only checks and USD. I only have USD when it comes to doing transactions on base with the selling groups on facebook. The whole time I been in Yokota my wallet has been filled to the brim with Yen.In the future please add a place to deposit yen. I can’t be the only one where I show up to navy fed in person once every 6 months.
I rated a three ⭐️⭐️⭐️ because the branch doesn’t have a ATM at the branch which I hope in the future they will put a ATM to where you can make deposit money into it like they do at Perl Harbor. Here in sasabo Japan on navy base; you have to wait till the branch opens and then wait and wait. It be more convenient for an ATM machine so you can make deposits rather than waiting for the branch to open.
Great place to store money, see your money and get money (depending on your credit)
Service is always friendly!!
