Excellent séjour, rien à redire ! L'emplacement est idéal : tout proche du Skytree et à deux pas de plusieurs stations de métro, parfait pour rayonner dans Tokyo. Le check-in autonome s'est fait sans aucun souci, tout était bien expliqué et préparé. La chambre était nickel, avec tous les essentiels fournis (shampoing, brosses à dent, etc.). Tout s'est déroulé tout seul, sans accroc. Je recommande sans hésiter !
Hello everyoneFirst of all, I'll start by saying that the place is relatively not the closest to a train station, so you'll have to walk a lot with your luggage in the middle of the street, and I had three suitcases.It's a long way, but when I got to the building, I'm trying to get in and figure out what to do with the code I received.I'm a bit at fault for not paying attention to the file they sent me and not preparing enough (like for a test).So I'm in the lobby trying to figure out how to get in, and the file is already hard to understand.Then I manage to get through the entrance and go upstairs.From now on, it's like an escape room.You have to manage to get the key out of the box and open the door, all of that, and in the end, you can't take the key with you, it goes back to the cell.That is, during the night and during the day, whoever has the code can get in. There's no safe, there's no sense here.Let's continue...Finally, I managed to get in after 20 minutes of trying and getting discouraged because every second the code locks and you have to wait a few minutes.Then I go in and look for the two rooms I was promised, and then discover that the corner where the bed is placed, the gentleman says it is a room (photos attached) and when I asked why it is like that, I was told that it is considered two rooms.Let's continue...On the bed (which we will soon get to) are waiting for me (for a three-night stay) two face towels and two hand towels. I sent a message and asked for a regular-sized towel and received an answer that they don't have it and this is the size they have (photo attached) and they didn't bring another one either. I was left with 2 small ones like this for the entire stay and you can't hang anything to dry on the balcony, which is already a meter in size.Let's continue to the television, which has apps installed on its face but the television can't connect to the internet.I, an engineer, immediately changed to English and tried to connect to the WiFi they brought, which, by the way, connected to the phone and was reasonable for the internet that is here in Japan in general, but the TV does not connect at all, not even with Bluetooth if I thought to transfer some kind of broadcast from my cell phone to the TV, so I was basically stuck with a TV that is not used.The place is quite equipped, there is a microwave and a washing machine (keep in mind that there is no way to dry it).I received a set of shampoo, conditioner and soap together, as well as a toothbrush, which is a blessing, and the place also has a toilet and toilets that are perfectly fine.The bed is small, but still small. I slept on the springs and unfortunately woke up with back pain. I can probably blame the only thin pillow they provide, and beyond that, there are the sofa pillows that are not pleasant to put your head on (you never know what happened to them), but to get volume for the pillow, I put one under the thin pillow I received (photo attached).Finally, when I asked the owner of the unit for his understanding about the check-out time and asked for another hour until 11 because I didn't notice that I had to check out at 10 (I admit my fault, I should have asked at the beginning), I was met with indifference.I didn't plan to write all this down because I didn't want to hurt someone's livelihood and he might think I was trying to blackmail him, but that's really not true.I'll go out at 10 and wait on the street with 3 suitcases and I won't accept the extra hour even if he tells me to take it.Bottom line: invest a little more in looking for a place that's not this place.Enjoy your vacation.Uncle.
Clean and efficient place for the price we paid. The host is helpful. Make sure you understand that the bed is for 1 person. Sofa is for 2 people but for 3 people it’s a small place. But if you plan only to sleep here I think it’s good. Thank you!Also I loved the neighbourhood. Super quiet place with a haircut and convenient stores nearby.

開窗即見Skytree，真的很棒，離便利商店、超市和地鐵也不會太遠，推薦。不過住的房間地毯灰塵頭髮稍多，備品棉被潮濕味也很重，我覺得可以加強。
