For most people there's probably no reason to go here. I happen to be driving along the road so I pulled in to take a look and it didn't really do anything for me. There are a few rocks with plaques on them, but the information is in Japanese calligraphy and it's old and faded. There's a parking area and a few benches, so you might stop in here if you wanted to be outside for lunch. But there are no great views despite being on a Ridgeline, because the trees are blocking the place in, so probably there are better places to spend your day.
