I am not sure what this monument is.. but the surrounding environment is nice with a lot of trees and bench. The area is also a relief for eyes and give relaxing vibe after we get off the station and passing by this place to go home
葛西沖再開発事業完成記念碑としては最大の物と思われる休日には子どもたちがSwitchなどの携帯ゲーム機で遊ぶ姿が見られる。

ふと思い出してストリートビューで覗いてみたら、まだ恐竜がいるんですね(何代目かなのかな？)。昭和の終わり頃によく遊んでいました。
