We had an awesome stay with 1/3rd. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and very fluent in English.The house was very well clean and close to the station and supermarket. Being a vegetarian in Tokyo helped us with the well functional Kitchen.
Stayed with 1/3rd for about a week. The apartment was very clean, beds were very comfortable. Convenience store, Grocery, Cafes and Restaurants were within walking 5 minutes.The staff were lovely, they recommended great places to go to. Overall, great experience.
Great location. While this is a popular spot, super market, convenient store are all near to the room. Room is clean, cozy and with great interior design. Daily tools are well equipped, small kitchen, hair dryer, laundry machine and refrigerator. Staffs are professional and speak fluent English. Fist choice to stay next time when we visit Tokyo!

ได้เข้าพักช่วงดอกซากุระบานที่ผ่านมา ห้องพักมีอุปกรณ์เพียบพร้อมทั้งเครื่องซักผ้า ตู้เย็น ไดร์เปาผม อีกทั้งยังมีครัวขนาดเล็ก พร้อมอุปกรณ์ให้ด้วย สะดวกมาก และอยู่ในย่านที่เป็นที่นิยมของนักท่องเที่ยว สามารถเลือกตอนจองว่าเราจะพักย่านไหนได้ พนักงานก็ให้คำแนะนำดีด้วย ถ้ามีโอกาสจะไปพักอีกค่ะ
This is the right place to check in. Some apartments are not situated at this place. Very nice receptionist guy helped us and gave practical advices. He recommended us to eat next door, you should try it before going to your apartment. As a small gift we got small noodle cups from Nissin. Only disadvantage thing is that our apartment had no lift to carry heavy luggages to the 3rd floor. But the main reason why I love to stay there are the big beds! Will stay next time again with 1/3! Thank you for your hospitality!
Check in 後要徒步或坐的士到酒店"酒店雖在秋葉原，但末広町鄰近check in後，要徒步十至十五分鐘到酒店或坐的士五分鐘，我住秋葉原1, 樓高五層，酒店無電梯，無寄存行李服務，需有洗衣機及乾衣，但乾衣功能差。

自助入住非常方便，設施整體上應有盡有。有洗衣機/微波爐/IH爐/熱水壺/熨斗/手電筒...等，還有提供餐具可以使用。裝潢風格也簡潔乾淨，有機會原因再次入住。
