雖然離市中心有點遠，離車站也有點距離，但樓下有公車。我喜歡它的地點是在住宅區裡，讓我可以更融入日本人每天的生活，沒有吵雜的人群，沒有五光十色的逛街景點，就是安安靜靜的住宅區。附近有7-11,有 Olympic 超市，很方便。房間很舒適，該有的都有，二大二小住的很剛好，不覺得擁擠。床睡得很舒服，有冷氣有暖氣，廁所乾濕分離，浴室還有暖氣，有浴缸，蓮蓬頭水壓夠，溫度也夠，洗澡很舒服。廚房也是該有的都有，我們早餐晚餐都在飯店煮，很棒，感覺很像住在自己家。還有洗衣機，我覺得很實用很棒，而且因為我知道有洗衣機我就沒有帶太多衣物去日本，省了很多行李箱空間。但不要堆積太多天洗，他們衣架給的不夠多。烘乾衣服就是掛在浴室開著暖風吹，很快就乾，很方便。有吸塵器，有簡易打掃用具，對我來說很好，因為我們住12天，所以我還是希望能自己維持一定的整潔。電視可以用，wifi可以用，都沒問題。垃圾滿了就自己綁好拿去樓下放櫃檯就好，這點對我來說很好，我住飯店不愛清潔人員進來我房間幫我打掃。有人說隔音不好，但畢竟飯店是在馬路跟鐵路旁，有噪音是一定的，但基本上我們還是能一覺到天亮，其實沒有那麼吵，而且我在台北出生長大，台北更吵😆。還有人說窗簾遮蔽性不夠，擋不住陽光，我也覺得還好，他們好像有改善了，我住的602很ok,我不覺得早上會被陽光亮醒這樣。所以如果下次要再去東京玩，我也一定會再選擇住在這間apart hotel.大推。
This is the second time our family has stayed here. We booked a family room with three single beds, which were very comfortable. The room also has a sofa bed and a separate living room area. There is a fully equipped kitchen, along with a washing machine and a refrigerator. The bathroom is spacious, with a separate shower area and a bathtub.We really enjoy staying here because it is conveniently located not far from the city center. The place is clean, and the staff take good care of us. Nearby, there are McDonald’s, 7-Eleven, and a supermarket, where you can easily buy a wide variety of drinks, fruits, snacks, and meals.
We had a wonderful stay in this clean and spacious apartment, perfect for our family of four! The location was super convenient with Oku Train Station nearby, and having McDonald's and convenience stores just a stone's throw away was a bonus. The bathroom heater was a lifesaver - it dried our clothes in no time! The loft area was a hit with the kids and the beds are so comfy. We'll definitely be back!

Great clean modern accommodation just about 30 mins door to door to the busy areas in Toyko. Lots of convenient shops near by including a McDonald's
建物や設備に関してはとても充実しており価格もお安く非常にオススメです！ロビーには受付の方がおり、人数分のバスタオルやハンドタオル、食器も完備されてます。唯一のマイナスポイントは前の利用者が捨てたものなのかベッド下にゴミあったので細かいところまでは行き届いていない印象です。

Perto da estação de trem Oku Station. Bairro silencioso. Quarto totalmente funcional (cozinha e lavanderia), limpo, organizado, espaçoso. Adoramos a estadia.
