Fresh ground coffee in a Hario sort of percolator but more like a pour over. Owner so nice and friendly. Best American coffee ever in Japan
This coffee shop was a hidden gem. The proprietor/staff was so friendly and willing to converse with me and my friends. What captivated us was how the coffee was made. Ground coffee beans in a separate glass container perched atop another clear glass percolator with water being heated above a Bunson burner, and watching water rise to the ground coffee receptacle above. It was so fascinating to watch. The customer service was excellent. Thank you for coffee that tasted amazing and allowing us to view the process. Bravo!
無添加パンで少し価格高めだが美味しい。
