何故かは、書かなくても、解るはず。
電話での対応でしたが、かなり雑でした。
実際に成田店管理の物件も室内にゴミが割と落ちていたり、壁に傷があり、店舗管理ではないのかもしれませんが、印象はあまり良くないです。

This is the better option than Leopalace. They offer less foreigner friendly communication but are more Japanese style etiquette and show tremendous help to you from start to finish. They also will return your refund back to your card and not a Japanese bank. The forefinger requirement is you need a Japanese native person to vouch to take your furniture in case you disappear and don't take furniture out with you at time of leaving apartment. Otherwise, great people and company.

インターホンが故障エアコン故障とありましたが、すぐに対応してくれたので出費無しで今は快適です！
