それがATM取引でない場合、私はこの場所でビジネスを行うのが一番難しいと考えています。
閉会時刻の4分前に到着した後、私は5分（上）の取引を完了する機会を拒否されました。
確かに、私は約2分間別の顧客が取引を完了するのを待っていました。
負傷に侮辱を加えるために、私が扱った代理人はむしろかわいそうだった。
私たちは皆、私たちにすべてのべき場所とできることがあることを知っていますが、私たちは顧客のニーズに対応するために雇用されていることも理解しています（その逆もありません）。
（原文）If it isn't an ATM transaction, I'll try my hardest not to conduct business at this location. After arriving 4 minutes before the closing time, I was denied the opportunity to complete what would have been a 5 minutes (tops) transaction. Granted, I was waiting for about 2 minutes another customer to finish his transaction. To add insult to injury, the agent I dealt with was rather curt. I get that we all have places to be and things to do, but let's also understand we are employed to service customer needs (and not vice versa).
