あまり人に知られたくない場所です。
勉強している学生がとてもうるさいときがある。
駅前のきれいな図書館。
無料WiFiがあるので重宝しています。
新聞も大概そろっています。

The facility is right in front of the station, and it is very clean as the building itself is relatively new. Among the libraries in this region, the collection is supposedly the bigggest, and anyone can just enter the library, as the entrance is on the ground floor below the reception hall.
