Wonderful host who provided us wonderful local insights to the Hakodate city. Below the guest house is a cafe that’s serves lunch menu and tea time. Tried the veggie plate lunch simply delicious and the ingredients used are harvested from a local farm! Fantastic experience and highly recommended!

ここで素晴らしい滞在をしました！畳の部屋は、畳のベッドを置いていても2つのスーツケースを開くのに十分な広さでした。
戸棚スペースもたっぷり！ベッドもとても暖かく快適でした！シャワー、洗面台、トイレは共同ですが、洗顔料、歯磨き粉、抗菌石鹸などの設備が備わっていて、清潔できちんと整理されています。
あなたが洗い流している間あなたの足を温めるために2つのシンクと大きな鏡、そして冬には素晴らしいヒーター。
シャワーは私が日本滞在中最高だった。
通常の窮屈なものよりかなり大きい。
シャワーには、鏡、小さな棚、タオル掛け、ドライヤー付きの小さな更衣室があり、お部屋に戻る前でも快適に交換できます。
恒温湯沸かしポット、インスタントコーヒーと紅茶もご用意しています。
いくつかのものを保つためにも冷蔵庫。
階下にはTaomという素敵なカフェがあり、ここでは冷やすこともできます。

（原文）Had an amazing stay here! The Japanese tatami room was spacious enough to open two suitcases even with the tatami beds laid out. Plenty of cupboard space too! Beds were also very warm and comfy! Showers, sinks and WCs are communal but kept extremely clean and tidy, with amenities like face wash, toothpaste, anti-bacterial soap, and for 50yen you can pick up a travel toothbrush if you didn’t bring one. Two sinks and a huge mirror, and an awesome heater in winter to warm your legs while you wash up. The shower was the best I had throughout my stay in Japan. Significantly larger than the usual cramped ones. The shower also has a small changing area with a mirror, small shelf, towel rack and hairdryer so you can change comfortably even before returning to your room. There’s also a hot water kettle permanently filled and some instant coffee and tea to help yourself to. Also a fridge to keep some stuff. Downstairs there’s a lovely cafe called Taom where guests can also chill. Last but not least the people who run the place are absolutely delightful. Well-traveled Japanese friends who speak English and are happy to share stories. The location is also obviously very good, and on a scenic junction where the trees are lit with fairy lights in the evening! Would def stay again.

（原文）Excellent guest house. I cannot speak highly enough of the great host. In addition to running a guest house through Airbnb, the downstairs is also a social space/cafe, which is great for some light refreshments and conversation with other guests (dont expect a full meal, though). Whether you're staying the night or visiting for an hour, this is truly a great place.
My short stay in Hakodate was really enjoyable especially because of this guest house. The owner and host is really nice and funny. I had a good time with him and some other guests. The tatami room was spacious and clean. Because of the Hokkaido climate there is a heater in the room. Toilet and bathroom were squeaky clean. You can also rent bath and hand towels if you forgot to bring some. There is also a washing machine you can use for only 100 yen. Right now the owner is building a little café in the house. I hope it will be finished when I get back!

Good location for Love Live Sunshine Pilgrimage. Very Near to the "Awaken the Power" PV location and also "Lucky Pierot" and "Hasegawa Store" which also appears in anime. Owner is really helpful and friendly. Would love to come again next time :)

This place is awesome! Very clean and cosy! Place is really near the bay area so it is very convenient. Really loved the interior of the shared space/cafe. Masahiro is really helpful to me as well when I stayed.
Newly open guest house. Real near to tram station. And best location for sightseeing with one of the best host ever. Masa is really kind and helpful, he too show us all the little secret thats hidden from those normal day tour. Do chat with him and find out more!!!
