Easy and quick, great location. The staff does speak English and can walk you through anything pre-driving. I was given a bigger Subaru for lower cost, great!

Absolutely superb service from friendly, English speaking staff. Staff gave us a "Driving in Japan" handbook and talked us through key rules, helped us with our luggage, set up and showed us how to use the English GPS, and set us on our way. Completely settled my nerves about driving in Japan, and couldn't recommend highly enough.
