這次是來滑雪，離旅館約3分鐘就有巴士站（白馬東急）到各雪場相當方便，房間很大算乾淨，附近沒什麼吃的，但晚上懶得出門可以點現烤披薩，客房服務就很歐美，不要期待日式服務。
英語下手なので余り会話できなかった（泣）勿体無い…あとはよかったです。
このホテルは素晴らしかったです！彼らはその地域にいくつかの物件を所有しているので、予約しているシャレーやロッジから離れて、Googleマップ上の場所にいることを確認してください。
森野チームは私たちのグループにとても親切で柔軟で、奇妙な季節にcovidで旅行しました。

（原文）This hotel was fantastic! They own a few properties in the area so make sure you’re away of which chalet or lodge you’re booking and it’s location on google maps. The Morino team was SO helpful and flexible with our group, traveling during an odd season with covid. Thank you for all of your help! We will absolutely be back.

一ヶ月間間違った宿泊施設を予約するしかし、フィットする余地がある6人の寝室を取得専用トイレ付きヒーターは非常にクリーンルーム、柔らかいベッド、精神を吸収しています。
バルコニーを開くことができます。
リビングルーム付きのダイニングルームはかなり良いです深夜に空腹時に食べるために押すためにお湯があります。
洗濯洗剤と一緒に無料で使用できる洗濯機が1台あります。
しかし、ドライヤーは一回300円で造る必要があります。

（原文）This lodge is very simple in terms of furnishings and interior finishes, amenities are very sparse compared to a hotel. However the service and community atmosphere more than makes up for it, that's why so many people give it a 5 star. The people are so friendly and they really go out of their way to help you. You will feel at home and that the other guests are your friends as well. This is something that no other hotel can replicate. The location is pretty central, it's close to Happo resort and they have shuttle to bring you around as well. Your stay by no means will be a luxury experience but more of a warm and memorable one.Updated review after a few days of stay: The hotel seems very understaffed. Many of the staff are working as summer jobs. They also sell Morino pizza, in addition to servicing the lodge guests. They have a small kitchen so breakfast can be very busy and one might need to wait for 30min to get their order.

今回が3回目の日本の雪原への訪問でしたが、これまでにない最高の宿泊施設でした。
本当の意味でのおもてなし。
ToriとEllyは、私たちの滞在が手間のかからない楽しいものであることを確認しました。
あまりにも面倒なことは何もありませんでした、そして彼らは彼らが共有するにはあまりにも幸せだった豊富な知識を持っていました。
間違いなく戻ってきます。
（原文）This was our third visit to the Japanese snow fields, and it was by far and away the best accommodation we have had. Hospitality in the truest sense of the word. Tori and Elly ensured our stay was hassle free and enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble, and they had a wealth of knowledge they were only too happy to share. Will definitely return.

Had an amazing experience staying here. The lodge is set up so that you mingle with other guests and make new friends, the beds are super comfy, the rooms are clean, spacious and serviced every day. But most of all, the staff are absolutely fantastic! No request is too big for these guys. Special shout out to Tori, Ellie, Mark and Aaron for looking after us and driving us everywhere - you made our stay that much more memorable. Susanna.
