The equipment was really good but the younger staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Then we were sent a bill for equipment that we didn’t hire.Seemed like a shambles of a place but maybe it was because it was the start of the season and everyone was still learning?

Great service and boot fitting
Location is convenient but the rental snowboards and boots are poor in condition(standard and "demo" alike) compared to other rental experience we have had. They did not have the exact boot size I had reserved earlier online and I had to settle for half a size bigger. The pros about this shop is that you can reserve and pay online before arrival and that they offer free delivery and pick up services. But as we later found out, there are also a couple of rental shops even closer to the Gondola than this shop(perhaps less well advertised online). All in all, its an OK experience - helpful staffs, but we wont go back.
The staff provides a good service and are very helpfull. We had some problems with some of our equipment and the guys were happy to swap it and fit us with a more suitable gear. They even offered to deliver the gear to us on the slopes. Would highly recommend this company and would rent the gear from them again...
