女将さんを中心にスタッフ皆さんがとても丁寧に対応して下さるので、快適に過ごせます。
コロナ対策もバッチリされていました。
ちょっとした気遣いが大事なんだなと思わしてくれるいいお宿でした😊
旅館の人が優しい。
食事は基本無いので自由な感じ。
彼らは何年もホテルを経営している非常にフレンドリーな家族ですので、彼らはレストランややることについて地元の知識をたくさん持っています。
時折彼らは私たちに軽食や果物を与え、私たちを夕食の予約に連れて行ってくれました。
私が今まで見たことのない素晴らしいサービス。
彼らはゲストを自分の家のゲストのように扱っています。
（原文）Very friendly family that have run the hotel for years so they have tons of local knowledge of restaurants and things to do. Occasionally they gave us snacks and fruits and drove us to our dinner reservations. Awesome service, unlike anything I've ever seen. They treat their guests like guests of their own house.

店主真的超級友善、好客、貼心，除了主動幫忙，更會給予建議，白馬區食店繁忙，她們幫忙在餐廳訂位，還帶路去餐廳。
到達時給小孩子零食袋和生果，離開時又給孩子小禮物，還提早很多給我們房間，幫忙把行李送到樓上房間，一切都很周到，住客到對面Woody租賃滑雪工具會打折，驚喜價…7折啊！

おかみさんがとっても気さくな人で、料理も美味しく、帰りには必ずお土産もくれます、しかも料金はリーズナブルです、モトラッドデイに参加するとき利用してます。
Cosy place, wonderful stuff, Japanese style room, nice warm heater and great place to stay, been a return customer and I will be back! :)
A really lovely Japanese inn, well worth a stay! The owners were very accomodating, picking us up from the bus terminal even though we arrived post check-in time. They also dropped us at Goryu in the morning. They let us shower and hang out in the common areas after we checked-out as we waited for our evening bus - and even dropped us off to the bus terminal after that!The bus stop to Happo-One is literally around the corner, and the Hakuba-Happo Bus Terminal is literally a few minutes walk away. They also sell discounted Happo-One passes, and there is a skii/snowboard rental shop across the road where you can get 30% off rentals.We stayed in a Japanese style twin room with a private bathroom, and it was simple but nice and cosy, clean and well maintained. We also used the onsen which was lovely after a day out on the snow. The owners also provided many recommendations for dinner venues (and would even call to book for you).It's an extremely conveniently located place, and very accomodating, lovely and helpful hosts that really make things run very smoothly. Highly recommend!
Most excellent stay of our trip! They were sooo helpful and accommodating :) Absolutely lovely! The room was charming and traditional, little common area with crafts and they made us afternoon snacks おいし :):)
We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this traditional japanese inn whilst on our skiing holiday. The owners are lovely people who genuinely care about your stay there; multiple times we got shuttled around to restaurants and to the ski slopes when running late with small child. We felt like at a away home being taken care of.The private rooms with toilets were very functional and surprisingly warm during the cold January nights. We asked for extra futons and were given these with no issues for extra comfort.The onsen is fantastic, after the days skiing the hot natural spring took care of the body's aches and pains.Fantastic stay, would recommend to anyone, a very good value for money as well with a quick trip from Tokyo a bonus.
Staff are very friendly and has a very at home feel. Definitely worth a stay. Also very close to the lifts. Only one shuttle bus away.

女将さんが親切で温泉も気持ちよくてとても良かったです。
白馬のロープウェイ乗り場、バスターミナル、ローソンも近くてとても助かりました。
また白馬に行った時はよろしくお願いします！
