彼らはATMの料金を請求する.....評価は、まともな電話と英語のオンラインサービスによってのみ保存されます。

All there emails are in Japanese and this is where they mentioned that they are now charging a fee........ I only bank with them because my company set this up...
一部の店舗は英語が通じる新生銀行ですが、大宮店は通じないものの丁寧なサービスをしてくださいます。
良い意味で海外の銀行に近いです。
外国人の方にもオススメです。

Extremely bad service.Staff made a clear, very obvious mistake, and proceeded to try to lie and attempt to manipulate their way out of it. At one point, there was a male and female member of staff both talking to me at the same time; the male was raising his voice, gesticulating and getting very close (so that I could smell his appalling breath), and the female was doing that passive-aggressive screwed up face thing to my every valid question. Completely unprofessional, and infuriating.Problem not resolved, with staff doubling up and trying to brigade me into submission, despite them having made the mistake in the first place.If you use Shinsei as a standard current account, and never go into a branch, they are OK. The second you have to actually deal with the staff for anything more complicated than basic banking, they are completely inept, unprofessional and rude.Avoid like the plague.

周辺のオススメ
職員さんの手続きがあまりにも遅過ぎたので途中で帰っちゃいました。
ただ、接客は丁寧だったので一応星2で。
