I spent 3 months for the intensive program and had a good experience at this school. I am most likely going to come back in a year to continue studying.

（原文）All these positive reviews are not genuine reviews, don't go here as you will not learn anything if you want to go to school and stay in japan on student visa, go to Kai, which is close to this school and there they actually care about you learning. All that happens here is a way for chinese students to get into japan on a visa. They only give the illusion of you learning when you're really not. You will not learn actual japanese and you will be stuck at a level where you can't understand anything or anyone.Some of the teachers and be very condescending towards you, and act like you have to take the JLTP, through them and make you spend more money than you should with them.Their class sizes are very to big and they need to be shrunk down so there can be a more one on one experience, which would really help improve on language learning.They are also really greedy by not offering anyone student commuter pass unless you take two specific lines

（原文）Arc academy is the third Japanese language school I have studied at in Tokyo and it has by far been the best. The teachers are more proficient at explaining how to use the information and grammar than previous schools I have been to. Overall this school is great if you are looking to have a high score on the JLPT test.

N4レベルでアークを開始し、1年間の勉強でN2に到達することができました。

（原文）I spent 12 months at arc academy and felt it was well worth the time. Learning is sometimes difficult given the nature of the material, but i felt that the instruction made it as simple as possible to understand the lessons. After 12 months I learned ten times what I would have learned if I continued to self study. I came from taking Japanese lessons at my University and the difference from coming to arc is huge. The teachers here are great and know how to properly teach people who are coming from a foreign language.

Studying in ARC-Academy was the best think I could do. Friendly staff helped trought dificult moments, the teachers where very friendly and my Japanese improved a lot thanks to them. Highly recommended.

アーク新宿で数年前にいくつかの高レベルのクラスで勉強しました。
欠点は、学校が少し小さいことだと思います。
そうです、学生の大部分は中国からです（しかし、これは、どの言語学校に行っても、日本のすべての語学学校に共通していると思います）。
そして私にとって、教師は親切でフレンドリーです。
スタッフはプロフェッショナルです。
まあ、ある程度のレベルに達すると日本語は簡単ではなく、教師はあなたに勉強を強いることはないので、経験は本当に学校に期待するものと価格に依存します日本ではそうです。
日本語を真剣に勉強したいのであれば、そうです。
また、大学への出願を計画している場合は、書類を確認したり、カバーレターやスタッフをチェックしたりするのに役立ちます。
これは、一部の学生にとっては大きなプラスです。
私にとって、私はJLPT N1に合格しましたが、その半分の間に東京で私の目標に到達しました。
（原文）I have studied in ARC Shinjuku for half year few years ago in some higher level classes. Down sides are the school is kinda small i guess, and yes a large portion of the students are from China (But I think this is common for all Language school in Japan no matter which one you go). And for me the teachers are helpful and friendly; the staffs are professional. Well Japanese language is not easy once you reach a certain level, and the teachers will not force you to study, so the experience really depends on what you expect from the school and the price (If you just want a study visa for you to stay in Japan, yeah it will work; If you want to study your Japanese seriously, yeah it also works). Also, if you are planning to apply for University, they will help you to check the documents and cover letters and stuffs, which is a huge plus for some students. For me, I passed my JLPT N1, reached my goals in Tokyo during that half yeah, so I will say its totally worth it for me.
