等待时间好久不便。
I'm a foreigner tourist and i swear i won't be here again1. No air conditioner: it means a lot when it's summer. i was nearly killed by heat ^^...2. No English sign for foreigners(You gotta guess and question all things)3. Smoking customersI know not anyone here in japan smokes just like she is the only one exists in the place, but when i was there, the other customer kept smoking until i got up from my place (for about 40 min)
In terms of functionality yes this place serves its purpose. I came here for the dryer, didn't tested the washer. The dryer worked really well therefore the 3 stars. My rating for outlook of the place would be 1 star. There is a selection of comics/manga to read while waiting for your washing or drying alternatively the location is close to a lot of eateries or shopping location.

周辺のオススメ
Small but functional. Close to a lot of hotels in the area. 5 of the 9 washing macines were operating when I visited. 4 x 7kg for 300 yen per wash and 5x 4.5kg for 200 yen per wash. Soap is included in the machine. Hot wash only available.3 dryers: 2x 13kg and 1x 7kg.Place has no aircon so bring a fan and cool drink.It does not look clean but inside the washers and dryers are well maintained and clean.
