Ryu-O Tei is a well-worn but very cozy minshuku with a very kind and attentive owner, Matsuyama-san. Popular with Shikoku pilgrims on their way to Koyasan via the Choishi-michi, it fills up often during pilgrimage season (March thru November) although I had the place to myself in mid-January. Price was fair, ~7500 yen for dinner and breakfast, both of which were excellent. Highly recommended!
