（原文）This agency has been extremely non responsive in their approach to getting military families housing.They only have one agent that deals with military families her name is Asami, and she is not proactive and a bit lazy in her approach. If I were an owner I would never leave my property to this agency.She brings her dog to work and she really doesn’t care.I will be sure to post my full experience on my Okinawa Questions page so that I can warn all military families coming in.

（原文）Although they were very good at collecting rent and making sure their pockets are full, they don’t have the empathy for their tenants. Everything has a price and double. And I quote one of the employees there “it’s expensive in japan “ , lady no it is not. To live as a military family is expensive . Locals live for cheap. Charging extra for electricity , water and gas even though no one was using it. They take forever when it comes for them to pay up, charging us crazy fees on a $40 a/c remote. I am glad my family is not living there anymore.
