富士山登山ツアーで利用しましたがお店に到着後、店員さんがてきぱきと対応してくれたので良かったです。
お借りしたものも使用感はありましだが衛生的で問題なく使えました。
初の富士山登山だったのでセットで借りられて大変助かりました‼️
I don't recommend this place at all! There were two reasons for this. The place seemed short staffed, and the lead clerk spoke very fast and seemed rushing. I requested two different sizes of hiking shoes in advance to make sure they fit right, but they did not have them. They tried to say the size they had was right for me, but they were way too big. Then, they brought a wet pair of shoes from outside saying that is the only pair they have... To make it worse, I rented a headlight. They had me test it for a few seconds. It worked. Once I got to Mt. Fuji, as soon as I started using it, it blinked. Guide said it needed new batteries. I replaced the batteries, and the headlight was broken! I could not believe it. It was dark, and the headlight was necessary!! I had to reply on others lights. It sometimes worked for 2 minutes, and it went off. The next day, when I returned it, I complained to make sure no one use the same broken light. I could not believe their explanation. They said perhaps it could have happened due to the weather condition. Seriously? For safety, I would not recommend you use this place... bad experience...

A nice place for people with no gear
