The staffs were polite and suggest us the studio where we could take new photo for visa as the one we got did not meet the requirement. However, when I submit my documents, she just discarded a lot of my document as she said its not needed and the process could take longer when theres more documents. 2 weeks later I got an email from Austria embassy saying that I’m lacking documents which that are the one the VFS staffs discarded. Guess what, the process takes even longer now and I might not be able to go on my trip. Please fix this problemEdit: Even worse, I later informed by the Austria Embassy that one of my document is not usable and therefore my visa was rejected. Well, how the hell did that document slipped through VFS in the first place and wasted all my money with such poor service? Anyone?

Even if you think that everything has been eventually uploaded, it probably hasn't. You should bring printed copies to your appointment too it seems. VFS turns an upload process that should take 10 minutes into hours and hours of stress both before and at the appointment. Not to mention the money grabbing attempts throughout. It's a terrible and stressful process that my partner and I are keen to forget
