雰囲気が寒い。
居住者のマネージャーは、ここの外国人居住者を尊重しません。
共有ラウンジで何度も何度も、男性従業員がためらうことなくすぐに女性の部屋に割り込むのを見てきました。
どうやら中に入ることは許可されていないようですが、とにかく入るだけです。
彼らは、ボーイフレンドを女性の部屋に連れ込もうとする日本人居住者を煩わせることにほとんど関心がないようです。
しかし、私は女性のエリアに行かないようにするために、マネージャーから招待されて国際的な友人を訪ねていると登録してからラウンジに追い込まれました。
住居にも住んでいる私の友人は、従業員が通知なしにユニットに入ったと言いました。
これについて質問されても、彼らはそうしなかったことを否定しました。
また、有料スニッチがあります。
居住管理者は、他の居住者に規則を破った者を狙うために支払いをしています。
YNU自体の質に関係なく、常盤台国際レジデンスは、外国人にとって非常に受け入れがたいものです。
経営改革が必要です。
（原文）The resident managers have no respect for the international residents here. Many times while in the shared lounge, I’ve seen the male employees barge into the women’s quarters immediately without hesitation. They are apparently not supposed to be allowed inside, but just go in anyways. They seem to have little to no interest in hassling the Japanese residents that try to bring in their boyfriends into the women’s quarters. However I have been tailed into the lounge after being invited in and registering that i was visiting my international friend by the managers to make sure I did not go into the women’s area. My friends who also live in the residence mentioned that the employees have entered their units without notification, Even when questioned about this, they denied having done so. Also, there are paid snitches. The residence managers are paying other residents to snitch on those who break the rules.Regardless the quality of YNU itself, the Tokiwadai International Residence is very, very unaccommodating for the international residents. Management reformation necessary.
