民宿的な感じで、子供たち団体で行きました。
全てが申し分なかったです。
二泊三日でしたが滞在には問題ありませんでした。

高菜丼が、恐ろしいほど、普通。
可もなく不可もなく。
柚子塩ラーメンは、柚子がよく香る。
しかし、味が薄い。

歩きお遍路で泊まりました。
遅い到着だと素泊まりです。
朝食も美味しかったです。
決して綺麗な旅館では無いかも知れませんが、清潔感のある旅館で、宿の方も良い方でした。
ご飯が美味しいですよ。
客が少ないと風呂にお湯を溜めず、シャワーを浴びろ、と言う宿。
Yamato-ya was a very pleasant ryokan. The staff were exceedingly proper and polite, the food was good, and the room was well stocked with hangers and clotheslines/hooks, which is a godsend for henro who needed to dry a lot of clothes!There is a pleasant garden within the ryokan's courtyard, and the soothing sound of flowing water can be heard thanks to the river immediately to the north of the building, below the bedrooms. ~8000 yen for a single room with dinner/breakfast.
