I hurt my back skiing a few days ago to the point walking was painful - Needed to be good for today. Naomi fitted me in and gave me one of the best massages - 80 minutes Shiatsu - of my life. I have been skiing for 13 days so was as tight as all over and she worked me hard - some pain - but good pain and I had trust in her - excellent stretching. I did a full backcountry day today and no issues at all - Thank you Naomi
