                    [text] => 11：30オープンなのに11：00過ぎには、お客様が並んでおられました。店前に駐車場2台分しかありませんが、駐車してはいけないところにも、普通に停めていました。近隣トラブルにならなかったら良いのですが・・・少し離れたところですが、60分100円のパーキングがありました。私はそこに停めて、テクテク歩いて行きました。毎回、オープン前から並んでそうなので、早い目に行かれることをお勧めします。席に着いたのが、11：35だったので、先に入られていたお客様もおりましたので、早い目にオープンしていただけていた感じでした。有り難かったです。メニューを撮るのを忘れましたが、一番人気の単品で、豚のヒレカツとご飯大盛と豚汁にしました。スタッフからの、メニューの説明などはありませんので、あらかじめ、私以外のローカルガイドのメニューをご覧になってからいくことをお勧めします。その写真を貼りつけています。ちなみに、私が選んだものは、全て苦冊子に入ったメニューから注文しました。ラミネートされているメニュー表はランチメニューで、比較的、お手頃価格です。提供スピードは、席に着いてからは、数分後に、サラダが出てきて、更に数分後には豚汁⇨ご飯⇨ヒレカツと、スムーズに出てきました。ポン酢の中に生卵が入っているのが、とんかつ一番様の定番になっているようです。まずは豚汁は、赤出汁ベースで、薄い細かい豚肉がたくさん入っていて、柚子の皮が入っていて、さっぱりした感じに仕上がっていました。熱々で、最高でした。サラダのドレッシングが手作りっぽい感じで、これもさっぱりとした見た目といい、フレッシュ感がありました。ヒレカツは想像以上に大きかったです。生卵ポン酢との相性は抜群ですね。味付けノリも添えてありましたが、カツと一緒に頬張ったら、味変で、美味しかった。デミグラスソースも付いていましたが、個人的には、もっとパンチの効いた濃いめのソースがよかったかなーって感じます。なぜなら、ヒレカツ自体、脂分が少なく、さっぱり系だから。オペレーションはとてもスムーズで、スタッフの動きに無駄がなく、どんどん席が回転していくのを目の当たりにしました。忙しいはずなのに、忙しさを感じないように、お客さまの入れ方にも配慮していると感じました。とんかつなのに、さっぱりといた開ける”とんかつ一番”様でした。参考になったと思ってくださったら、ぜひ、いいね！してください。励みになります。

                    [text] => とにかく美味しいランチの他人丼は一度は食べて下さい豚カツとエビフライにドミグラスソースと豚肉たっぷり入った豚汁絶品です。ロースおろし豚カツも美味しいですポン酢に卵を溶いて海苔で挟んで食べます。駐車場は店の前に数台斜めに止めれますが、いっぱいの時はお店の左側(御坊駅側)に駐車場の入り口が有るのでそちらの方に止めて下さい。お昼は凄く混むので早めに行くことをお勧め致します。早めに連絡すれば(出来れば前日の夜、ランチタイムは電話には出てくれません)お持ち帰りも出来ます。
