1.價格比其他間便宜 2.車子很新(新開的店) 3.有中文注意事項平板可以參閱 4.店員有翻譯機不過看中文平板配上店員不流利的英文倒是多少聽得懂 5.店員並沒有太多笑容 害我有點怕怕的(還是說租車這件事是嚴肅的？) 6.店周遭只有三間加油站 還車前需加滿油 7.有中文導航(建議先查好mapcode 不然車機搜尋介面很爛) 8.頃提早預約 我到的時候現場沒半台車 都租出去了 9.總結 我下次去河口湖依然會向這間租車。
租車流程順暢地點離上野車站非常近走路5分鐘內抵達還車時需加滿油，附近行車1分鐘有間ENEOS油箱蓋有貼油種所以不需要額外跟加油站人員說明租車時一定要戴譯本 駕照 及護照。

Oh my god!!!!Their service is soooo good.Staffs are very friendly and they helped us to sent luggages to hotel because we can’t get it all to our car.Soooo appreciated it especially traveled with a 2 year old baby.It helped a lot!!!Super recommended here.You can join membership from their website and you will get 25% discount on your booking!!!
I accidentally rented a car here due to a problem with other rental car shop nearby.It was urgent but luckily I got a brand-new car(as of May 2023). The staff was very helpful and immediately arranged the car for me though I was a walk-in customer.I have used Budget Rent a Car several times and I am always satisfied.
