The owner of this hair salon listens to his customers and takes time to engage in a conversation even if the customer is foreign/has trouble speaking japanese.Asked the owner to follow an image of a haircut, which he did his best to do and did so successfully !The price is significantly lower than I expected (~2400Yen for a student) which includes haircut + shampoo/head massage as well as a hot towel over the face.
