This is not a shopping mall but little alley you would find quite good cafes, restaurants and bars. I recommend to try Sakazukiya(サカズキ屋), the first japanese bar you can see once you stepped into the street. I could see some people come here for hair cut, too. The photo was taken at Sakazukiya (サカズキ屋).
