Excellent range of beers and decent portions of delicious food.
岩岳スキー場のかも1リフトのほど近くにありゲレンデも見渡せるお店です。
ビールの種類が豊富にあり、また店舗横にはオリジナルビールの醸造所があります。
営業は早くから開いておりディナータイムまでなので、その時々によって違う雰囲気で楽しめそうです。
少し入りづらい感じはしますが、入るととてもあたたかい雰囲気のお店です。
受付は日本の方が対応してくたので安心しました（笑）注文＆会計は入り口寄りカウンターにてするシステムになっています。
飲み物はアルコールだけでなく、ジュースや温かい飲み物もありました！！
Nice beer, delicious food, fresh ingredients, good service, great atmosphere, English menu, acceptable price and remember to book the table before you go.Unfortunately, they do not have their own glasses for their own beer.
Brilliant place to wind down and debrief
Top location and premises with warm welcoming hosts. We had a wonderful stay at the Hakabu Brewery in late December 2016 and highly recommend Daniel our host. The apartment was perfectly aspected with a great view of the alps and very close to the chair lifts, well equipped and beautifully furnished. The lounge/dining/bar area is nicely furnished with an open fire and works well for small or larger groups. Everything about the brewery was well organised and thoughtful whist new. Ski hire was easily arranged, transport into the main area of Happo or other ski fields easy. The food and drink at the Brewery was hearty, yummy and reliable. Our family of 5 including 3 young adults had a top time despite being early in the season with not all lifts open - for Aussies it wassail good. We couldn't recommend this more highly.
The beer is excellent. The place is warm and cosy. We had a chicken casserole which was very nice and comforting. Service is good. There aren't many places in Hakuba like this.
I was in Hakuba between Feb 20th and March 3rd and decided to try this new venue to support a business run by some Aussie expats.First impressions were the building was nice and the internal decor was very suitable. Unfortunately the good things stopped there.When they first opened, table service was provided for a few weeks. For some unknown reason and a very poor business decision, this service stopped. During my visit there were 4 or 5 staff members standing around doing nothing apart from eating behind the counter and chatting to friends. Holding peoples credit cards and making them order all drinks and food at the bar is not a way to win business or to encourage repeat business. With people sitting at the bar and not moving or not being asked to move aside and having to stand a meter or so back from the counter makes placing an order very difficult and uncomfortable.The food we ordered was reasonably average. A mixed plate dish was missing menu listed ingredients and the lasagne dish, which came very late and I suspect forgotten, was burnt. Did any staff member know about this? The answer is NO as we were completely ignored the whole time we were at the venue. The dishes were not even cleared away until after we left the venue which was about 10 minutes after eating.For the prices charged I would expect the service or more of a service to go with it.They may as well put up 'counter ordering' only signs and reduce the staff numbers to a maximum of 3 only to run food, clear tables and oversee the bar.The one only onsite brewed beer on tap was ok. The website advertised own bottled beer was non-existent. The owner talked briefly about it but was mostly making poor excuses as to why it wasn't available.The worst part was the owner Dan, who knew my friend and chatted to him outside a few times, totally ignored my friends wife, myself and not once asked about how our evening had been. He was more interested about talking about himself and the business up.Talking to some accommodation owners near the brewery, it was unfortunate to hear that they would not recommend the Brewery to any of their guests due to their own bad experiences. For businesses who are looking to remain open all year round, I would have thought it important to provide a good service experience so that you can grow your business with local trade and visitor recommendations.Overall, if you just want somewhere to sit to have a drink and don't care about service or hospitality, then check the Hakuba Brewery out. If you do care about value for money and a friendlier atmosphere, then go to any other venue other than this one.Mockas, Perth WA

（原文）Great little space to discover this Hakuba local craft beer. They had 6 different beers when we were there, some on tap and the rest in bottles. Very tasty!Music was awesome.
