I visited a bunch of housing realtors in the area and none had the selection iE.ESTATE did. 😃👍 The staff here speak English and help you through the entire process with the housing office and make finding a place incredibly simple.Pro tips:- Ask if they have any listings that come prefurnished/with a view/quiet neighborhood/allows pets/is close to a train station or has a parking spot/is prone to having centipedes or native spiders (many rural areas do).- If you see a listing that is too expensive for your pay grade ask if they can talk to the land owner and have it lowered. (Many times the landowner is looking to fill the space as soon as possible and will say yes.)- Ask about G.I. Bill pay! It will take the headache out of paying your bills.- Pay attention to square footage for a single sailor 800 sqft is perfect.
Absolutely fantastic company that is low pressure and can find you the perfect place near base. Whether you want to drive or walk to your house they have something that will work. Great service in English and very friendly staff. Highly recommended for all of your housing needs. Hamada-San is great and ensured we were well taken care of. Why go anywhere else if you can get this great service right outside Womble Gate.
