建物が古すぎて、住みやすいというわけではありません。
家賃は、全国の他の大学の寮に比べてかなり安いです。
（原文）I was a resident here around one and half years. The building is too old, and good for living not the best. Rent is quite cheaper compared to other university dormatories throughout the Japan.

周辺のオススメ
Old building but affordable for new international student. It's close to my laboratory. The facility not really new but it's ok to support your daily古い建物ですが、新入留学生にはお手頃な価格です。

設備はさほど新しくないですが、日常生活をサポートしてくれます。
