They are very kind even though they can't speak English. We are finding Amoxlicili and being informed that only the clinic and hospital can provide the prescription. They also try their best to find the clinic to us. Appreciate for their help.
Went in as had a small allergic reaction on my leg and although the pharmacist spoke little English and me having no Japanese he was so helpful and thorough. We communicated through our phone translators and he was so helpful. I was a bit concerned about going to a pharmacy in a country I could speak none of the language but feel so reassured! Thank you!

The pharmacist who helped me was very professional, and helped me so much. With my limited Japanese and his limited English, he found the medicine I was looking for, and gave me options, explained everything to me, and made sure I understood how often to take, etc. I was nervous about going in for medicine in Japanese, but I was well taken care of.

I had an amazing experience at this pharmacy! I went in hoping to find motion sickness medicine for my child before a long bus trip. Even though I wasn't sure if they would have what I needed, both the staff and the pharmacist were incredibly patient and helpful.They went above and beyond to recommend the perfect product for us. Although English communication was a bit limited, their warmth, sincerity, and genuine desire to help were clear. I felt completely supported and cared for.
