湖畔の景色の最初の列に住んでいます窓の外の富士山の景色が目の前に（原文）住在河口湖畔觀景第一排窗外富士山美景就在眼前。

Fuji Five Lakes周辺の活動に関するパンフレットがいくつかあります。
パンフレットの多くは日本語です。
私がそこにいた間の2人の出席者は英語を話しました。
スタッフはアドバイスをしなかった。
代わりに、彼らは他の提案をすることなく直接の質問に答えただけでした。
座っているベンチがいくつかあります。
飲み物や軽食はありません。
（原文）Small tourist office conveniently located next to the train station. There’s several brochures for activities around the Fuji Five Lakes. Many of the brochures are in Japanese. The two attendants while I was there spooked English.The staff didn’t offer any advice. Instead they only answered direct questions without offering alternative suggestions.There’s a few benches to sit. There’s no drinks or snacks available.

パンフレットやクーポン券の品揃えがよい案内人も丁寧でわかりやすいので、ここにたよるのがいいですね。
Staff inside is not friendly at all.We stayed at yamanaga lake and asking when is the last bus but she knows nothing. Only insists on us going to next station, Fujiyama station and ask around there. If you want to go asking info there, better only asking stuff like 500 meter around. That’s probably the only radius they cover.
Out of all the tourist information center that I have been to in the 136 days days I have visited Japan, the individual that I was seeking assistance was more rude and what a surprise. I have visited many centers, maybe she was having a day.

Very helpful staff with good English, they help us to call our hotel for the free shuttle pick up service from station to hotel and provide a free map and informations, thanks!
L'office du tourisme de Kawaguchiko a été d'une très grande aide pour nos excursions locales, autour du lac, au festival des fleurs, le petit téléphérique ou pour les établissements locaux.Vous pourrez admirer un ancien train juste à coté de leurs bureau.L'office du tourisme se trouve près de la gare de Kawaguchiko.
周遊車票在假日會在火車站門口擺攤賣，2日票1300日幣(比2016年漲100日圓)
staff there were really very helpful. while it may seem chaotic due to crowds, they will try their best to help.
服務人員很親切、熱心以及專業，裡面還提供廁所供遊客使用。
They said this onsen we were going to allowed tattoos. We go there expecting this to be true and it's not. Wasted two hours on our last day because of this. These people are idiots
Helpful Japanese tourist information centre, they will call somebody on the phone to translate if they don't understand your language, and they are so patient. There's even a restaurant here, yummy yummy.

周辺のオススメ
富士河口湖町のマンホールカード重ね押しスタンプラリーで訪問。
隣の河口湖駅やバス停には外国人観光客が凄くいてびっくり！周辺の道端からも富士山の撮影をしている方が多くいました。
案内所のみなさんは、明るくフレンドリーで話しかけやすい雰囲気。
やはり、外国の方と対応することが多いからなのかな？
