会社会計の講習会でよく使います裏の駐車場が広いので使いやすいですが設備としては古さを感じます。
昔々この場所には木造三階建ての延岡市立延岡小学校がありました ちょうど写真の位置に小学校の正門がありました。
completely dissatisfying here's why: all the workers are so ignorant and rude and act so compelling toward users. instead of being fair and reasonable they antagonize users and threat users, armed man which is security guard or some sort, walks around to threat innocent citizens using the system. and force them to pay through one's nose for "misinterpreting the rule" which they NEVER told or described, or shown visibly and widely enough for users to interpret, so they threat them when they make mistake. and they look down and treat cleaning staff badly, enough for them to curse innocent citizens in the building right next to its own (which they own too), during the business hours, and that makes users feel so dissatisfying. for all those reasons they aren't fair or reasonable and make users angry so the system outside the library, or the library too, is completely dissatisfying. they think shallowly of users and they think they can treat their "customers" which they wanna call it, treat however they want, threat, monitor, to yell at, and bully. workers' behavior at this building was super rude like i described above. and no one finds it wrong which is why they're ignorant. and they act so lazy during their business hours, which tells no one actually takes care of all those matters I described above, from cleaning staffs to the reception, which unveils their corruption still ongoing. they stare at people in the facility, no matter who is was, they judge and criticize how they look like, or how they dressed like and think themselves it's all fair and reasonable doing that. how corrupted they are. it's not fair at all. rude.
