Very focused on customer satisfaction. You might stay at bigger and higher priced hotels but this hotel has everything you need.
Hotel is very convenient if you're visiting Sasebo. Amenities in the room was alot better than some 5 star hotels I've stayed in. The rooms are decent sized. The restaurant below the lodge has very good food and prices are great. The lodge offered free breakfast, lunch delivery and a $20 tab for dinner when I stayed there.
